After clicking the _ you should then see Platinum with an empty long box.
This is the license box. (see below as an example, which is **JUST A PICTURE**)

Go back to the Platinum program (not this page) and
position your mouse pointer over the empty blue box. Then click your *RIGHT* mouse button.

From the list choose "Paste" - this will pop the license in the box.

Press enter on the computer keyboard to submit the license.
The enter key is the one that gives you a new line when you are typing an email or message.

If you have no license button above, follow the instructions instead, they will explain the steps.
