With this in mind we make everything optional - hardware and help packages, we can help you right through the whole process of buying the hardware; completely to your budget. You can even add things as you can afford them in future.

If you are surprised at the prices here, compared to others you have already been quoted, it is because you buy directly from our suppliers which cuts out the middle man and in some cases can be half of the price you get quoted elsewhere.
You always get expert help.

All options include free set up over the Internet, a user guide and1 hour free training.
There is an optional premium help package which for £5 a week gives you 4 phone calls a month and priority responses (premium email and Contact.Me forms).

Quick Price-Summary :-

Our first option for you to consider is that you can lease just the software.
It is 42 a month, there are no contracts.

By leasing the software you will have 30 days free trial and one annual upgrade
as part of the package, with 'optional' non-premium E-mail help annually for just 100 pounds.

Another option for you is to purchase the software outright:

We have two ways of purchasing to offer you flexibility;
A one off payment of 499
or
Our normal selling price of 799 payable over 8 monthly payments.

I want to lease everything to spread the payments

You will always be paying a lot more with any lease compared with buying up-front
but it can help you get running when you do not have the budget.

We can arrange the leasing of all hardware, software and premium help on your behalf
and it works out approx £20 a week for 36 months.(£90 a month)

The leasing period would be 36 months and after this time you will own the software and the hardware outright. We can also arrange a 5 year lease if needed.

The monthly payments would be as follows:-

Full hardware package, including Platinum but not including Premium email/phone help :-

£1792.00 - £64.51 a month/£14.89 a week (You pay £2322.36 excl VAT over three years due to the lease company % interest/commission)

Full hardware package, including Platinum and including 3 years Premium email/phone help :-

£2510 - £90.36 a month/£20.85 a week (You pay 3252.96 excl VAT over three years due to the lease company % interest/commission)

Important Note:
When you lease the software you get yearly upgrades. If you buy outright you would have to pay half again for the upgrade. Platinum has the very latest electronic marketing technologies and runs on the latest Microsoft Windows computers and so it would be unlikely that you would need to upgrade for 5 years+.

Dell Computer :-

You do not have to concern yourself too much with the Dell Computer. We can get Dell to call you directly to take a payment for a 100% compatible computer box. This means you pay no % commission to a middleman. If you do want to know the details see the link below, you also get anti-virus and power surge protector which are crucial.
We recommend that you get the 2 years of hardware cover (they visit-you to do an in-shop-repair) but this is optional and not included in the price-link below.

I just want to know the software costs I have a computer already

You can buy the software outright for 499 (this months special offer of 300 off) with nothing more to pay.
or
You can buy the software in stages for 100 a month, each month, for 8 months (799 with nothing more to pay).
or
You can lease just the software for 1.40 a day. This is an ongoing/rolling charge and gives you yearly upgrades.

I wanted to know the cost per SMS Text message?

You can bulk buy SMS text messages for 8p a text or you can pay as you go at 10p an SMS text.
This is our preferred supplier who we have dealt with for years and trust in their quality and their reliable service.
We can however find a cheaper provider to suit your budget as we are compatible with 6 SMS providers worldwide, but as with all things,
'very cheap' can end up being expensive!
Your reply number may also be a landline number for staff to listen to if you are not full time.

We have a policy of no unfair/hidden "must-have" costs, a lot have hidden costs, but we do not.

We have no yearly renewal fees if you buy outright, a lot do, but we do not.


Below are "purely optional" costs if you decide to have them setup.

iBook - The Internet Booking system comes as standard with Platinum but
        setup is £100 (No VAT on top), due to its complexity.
        There are no monthly costs as you get with all other providers.

VPN   - Connecting Home to Office - £100 (No VAT on top) as it is a complex setup.

Remote Access - £100 setup (No VAT on top).

On-site Training is £250 per day (No VAT on top) (plus any travel/expenses),
        this is very competitive for software training.

Data importing - To save you typing, 3 to 4 products list and prices/barcodes is usually £100.
                 (Other data, like an excel sheet of customers, is quoted for as it can get complex).

Glo! Mobile device extensions to the Platinum software:
£20 per month (**recurring/ongoing subscription).

Just Software?

If you just want the software on an existing computer for a less expensive start,
simply download the trial from the above link and the demo will expire
at which time we will invoice you the monthly software lease amount
or full purchase amount quoted in the above information.

Full system?

You may wonder why our systems are a lot less expensive that other quotes.
It is simply because, with our full guidance and help, you buy direct from the supplier
and cut out the % to the middle man.
In all cases the model numbers are exactly the same and up to 100% cheaper as you are buying directly
but with the same guarantee and support.

The Simple option?

If you want a full system you can simply tell us and we can get the suppliers to call you
to take a payment, we even send them your address so you do not have to repeat it,
it is extremely simple.

The D.I.Y. Option?

You can however call the suppliers directly yourself, here are the two contact details,
please quote that it is for Platinum Software and the above links
will give you the model numbers you need to order.
(Once again if you let us know we can do all this for you and get the supplier to call you directly)
